Songs for Sunday

This is taken from the Book of Common Prayer (BCP) and is mostly sung - traditional.

It was agreed to keep this popular service running once a month in the evenings.

Sunday Morning Main Services

These are derived from Common Worship and edited onto a service sheet for the season.  We have made them more interactive than usual with congregation joining in much of the liturgy. We sing as much as we can too, although we maintain only a very small choir.

We are introducing a new Family Service in September on the first Sunday. The communion service will happen on that Sunday evening.

Just occasionally (on a 5th Sunday for example) we may have a non-eucharistic service usually in modern language.

Sunday Evening Services

In July and August we reinstated Songs for Sunday at 8.00pm. This review was worthwhile and the service well supported and quite a lot of fun too; exacting for the musicians who might have to play something from sight!
